In order to meet your campus dining needs, we have designed the following meal plans for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Meal Plans

Resident Meal Plans

19 Meals: (19) meals per week in Roussell Dining Hall or *meal equivalencies in other locations plus $100 in Dining Dollars per semester.

14 meals: (14) meals per week in Roussell Dining Hall or *meal equivalencies in other locations plus $150 in Dining Dollars per semester.

10 Meals: (10) meals per week in Roussell Dining Hall or *meal equivalencies in other locations plus $250 in Dining Dollars per semester.

7 Meals: (7) meals per week in Roussell Dining Hall or *meal equivalencies in other locations plus $375 in Dining Dollars per semester.

5 Meals: (5) meals per week in Roussell Dining Hall or *meal equivalencies in other locations plus $450 in Dining Dollars per semester.

*A meal equivalency is a $5.50 meal value which can be used to purchase rotating meal combos priced at $5.50 or to purchase any other menu items and apply the $5.50 meal equivalency amount to the cost of those items. Meal equivalencies are available at the Buc Stop Café, WOW Café & Wingery and Sandella’s Flatbread Café during the following designated hours:

Holly House Apartment Style Meal Plans

Holly House Block 15- $1,475.00: 15 meals/week in Roussell Dining Hall or *meal equivalencies in other locations. Left over meals rollover from week to week plus $75 in Dining Dollars/semester.

Holly House Block 7-$825.00: 7 meals/week in Roussell Dining Hall or *meal equivalencies in other locations.. Left over meals rollover from week to week plus $150 in Dining Dollars/semester.

Holly House Declining Balance-$750.00: $750 in Dining Dollars/semester.

Buc Stop Café: Monday – Thursday; 9:00 PM – 11:30 PM

WOW Café & Wingery: Monday – Friday; 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sandella’s Flatbread Café: Monday – Friday; 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Commuter Meal Plans

Commuter 75-$775.00: (75) meals per semester in Roussell Dining Hall or *meal equivalencies in other locations. plus $250 in Dining Dollars per semester.

Commuter 35-$400.00: (35) meals per semester in Roussell Dining Hallor *meal equivalencies in other locations. plus $150 in Dining Dollars per semester.

Commuter Block-$140.00 :(20) meals in Roussell Dining Hall.

Buc Stop Café: Monday – Thursday; 9:00 PM – 11:30 PM

WOW Café & Wingery: Monday – Friday; 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sandella’s Flatbread Café: Monday – Friday; 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Dining Dollars can be used to purchase additional meals in Roussell Dining Hall, Buc Stop or WOW Cafe
Two guest meals are provided each time a meal plan is purchased.
Commuter Meal Plans can be purchased by cash, check or credit card in the Cashiers/Business Office (CBO). A representative there can also assist you in obtaining a Commuter Meal Plan using excess financial aid or loans.

Faculty & Staff Meal Plans

Faculty & Staff 35-$235.00: (35) meals in Roussell Dining Hall.

Faculty & Staff 200-$200.00: $200 Dining Dollars to purchase meals in Roussell Dinging Hall, Buc Stop or WOW Cafe.

Faculty & Staff Combo-$185.00: (20) meals in Roussell Dining Hall plus $50 in Dining Dollars to purchase additional meals in Roussell Dinging Hall, Buc Stop or WOW Cafe

Faculty & Staff are entitled to two guest meals every time a meal plan is purchased.
Faculty and Staff may carry over unused meals & dining dollars from semester to semester
You may purchase any of these meal plans using cash, check, or credit/debit card in Landon 200-B Mon - Fri 10:00am - 2:00pm.
Faculty & Staff Meal Plans are also available through payroll deduction. Sign up by going to the Human Resources office located in Thompson 109 Mon - Fri (9:00am - 5:00pm) after you fill out the payroll deduction form in the link below.

Meal Periods
There are (29) meal periods offered each week in Roussell Dining Hall; breakfast, lunch, Lite Lunch and dinner daily Monday through Friday; brunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday. Late night dining is available every weekday in the WOW untill 11:00 PM. Roussell Dining Hall is an all-you-care-to-eat facility.

Meals To-Go
Students are permitted to take any of their meals to-go instead of eating in the facility. In order to take a meal to-go from Roussell Dining Hall, students must state that choice to the cashier when they first enter the facility. Only one meal may be obtained from the dining facility at that time. Small wares may not be removed from the dining facility.

Dietary Needs
Do you have particular dietary needs? No problem! Our Barry University Dining Services staff can accommodate your special dietary requirements.

Dining Policies and Procedures
One of our main goals is to provide a pleasant, clean, comfortable and satisfying dining experience. In order to meet this following goal, we ask for your assistance with the following procedures:

Valid meal card is required at each meal attended. No Exceptions.
Meal card may only be used by person to whom it is issued. Fraudulent use of a meal card will result in the card being destroyed and all persons involved being referred to the University Judicial system.
Meal Plan weeks begin with Breakfast on Fridays and end after Dinner on Thursdays.
A Meal Plan cannot be changed during a semester.
Unused meals do not carry over from week to week (except for Block 110 Meal Plan).
Dining Dollars are only usable in the Roussell Dining Hall, Buc Stop Café, or the WOW Cafe.
Unused Dining Dollars do not carry over from semester to semester.
Dining Dollars are not refundable.

Meals at Roussell Dining Hall are always "all you care to eat". In an effort to reduce food waste, please consider selecting only one entree at a time. You are always welcome to come back for more helpings. If you are not familiar with some of the dishes, please ask one of your food attendants for a tasting sample before making your final selection.
